This was coined by a reactionary lefty Youtuber named Jackson Hinkle. It seems like such an incoherent contradiction in terms that some people are wondering if he is just grifting in order to appeal to right-wingers.

They harshly criticize the famous public intellectual, podcaster, writer, neuroscientist and atheist Sam Harris’ extremely anti-religious views, along with the evolutionary biologist, David Sloan Wilson’s politically left-leaning views that he claims are informed by science.
