Newest Mindgasms Movie Chat with the Woke Centrist about the new Batman movie called The Batman, starring Robert Pattinson. It’s an interesting and different take on the character, presented as a film noir detective story. Bruce Wayne also actually learns the error of his ways in terms of violence and vengeance as the solution to financial corruption and crooked cops in Gotham. He decides that being a symbol of hope as a hero character is a better way to inspire people to change the city than fighting problems with violence. Some politically oversensitive right-wingers have accused the film of being woke, ostenisbly possibly due to the social commentary on financial inequality and racism. However, it likely is just because some of the characters’ races were changed to black, in spite of the fact that their race doesn’t matter. The black actors who played Catwoman, Detective Gordan, and the Gotham mayoral candidate, were all just as great performances as that of Robert Pattinson.

Mindgasms Movie Chat with Scazio AKA Sheezan Alamgir, and the Woke Centrist AKA Dusty Cubes AKA Dustin Cubit on “Don’t Look Up.” It’s the new satire on Netflix starring Leonardo Dicaprio, Jennifer Lawrence, Jonah Hill, Cate Blanchet and Meryl Streep. Dicaprio and Lawrence play scientists who discover a comet that is headed on a path straight for Earth, and is big enough to destroy all life. Unfortunately, no one in power seems to want to do anything to stop it because they only care about celebrity drama, money, fame, sex and tribalism. The movie is a hilarious and obvious analogy to the apparent lack of care about climate change in global elites, and reflects the sentiment of many huge problems in our current popular culture. However, some people are critical of it because they think it’s hypocritical for filthy rich people like Leonardo Dicaprio to be scolding us about the science of climate change, while hurting the environment and palling around with even more wealthy people like Jeff Bezos on his yacht. Another similar criticism is that the film’s message could be easily seen as a virtue-signalling analogy for COVID vaccine skeptics/vaccine hesitant people refusing to accept the science.
