Newest Philosophy Book Review in my series on the book called “The Socratic Method,” by the philosopher, Rebecca Bensen Cain. I am commenting on a paragraph about the psychological model of the Socratic Method, which entails Socrates using his interlocutors’ logic to refute their own principles. Connecting this to the first paragraph that I reviewed, Socrates used his famous method to accomplish the specfific goal of increasing people’s self-knowledge, which he saw as a morally good act.
