Newest Mindgasms Book Club Chat wiith the Woke Centrist AKA Dusty Cubes AKA Dustin Cubit on “Norse Mythology,” the fantasy author named Neil Gaiman’s book of short stories that are true to the viking legends. All of the famous characters, magical objects and stories are in there. These include how Thor got his hammer, how Odin lost one of his eyes, that Loki had children with a giant, the rainbow bridge and tree between the nine different realms, along with Ragnarok, the end of the age of old gods and birth of the age of humanity.

Roland or the Gunslinger, the cowboy with guns that have magic powers, has been maimed in his cosmic struggle against the Dark Man and is edging closer to death in his alternate reality. He finds a magic door, steps through it, only to slowly realize that he has entered the mind of a junkie drug dealer named Eddie in our own parallel dimension. Using his magic gunslinger powers, Roland posesses Eddie to help him get out of a drug smuggling’kidnapping situation. He eventually goes through another door to possess the mind of a disbabled schizophrenic woman in a wheelchair, named Odetta, then the three of them search for the final door that will take Roland farther in his quest to find the Dark Tower and defeat the Dark Man.
